MEDICAL FACIALS
At Fountain of You, we offer a variety of medical facials to meet the varying needs of our clients. A medical facial is different than a typical spa facial. It is done by a trained esthetician who will choose products specifically designed for your skin type and skin issues.
EXPRESS FACIALS
Our express facials consist of an exfoliating cleansing scrub followed by a hydrating mask. These facials are approximately 30 minutes in length. They are perfect for those of you who may not have a lot of time but still want to embrace self-care. They are also great for “maintenance” to keep your skin healthy and fresh.
ANTI-AGING FACIALS
While none of us like to dwell on it, the truth is that we are all aging every day. Our skin is no exception, particularly here in Florida with a high UV index that can really take its toll on our skin.
Our anti-aging facials are a full 60 minutes of pampering for your face. It is a deep cleansing facial that includes maximum pore extraction. Then, for maximum anti-aging benefits, our esthetician will give you a stimulating collagen-building facial massage followed by a TNS hydrating mask. This mask moisturizes, nourishes, and re-energizes skin that is dry, aging, and sun-damaged. Your face will feel refreshed and rejuvenated after this wonderful treatment.
JUST FOR TEENS FACIALS
It’s important to take care of your skin from a young age. By doing so, you can help minimize the effects of the sun and the natural effects of aging. If you have a teen in your home, then now is the perfect time to bring him or her in for a back-to-school facial. Middle school and high school are stressful for teens. This stress is sometimes expressed by the body through breakouts.
Our Just for Teens facials are 30 minutes long – just the right length to relax your teen and improve their skin without them becoming bored or antsy. These facials include a deep cleanse with maximum pore extraction, perfect for hormonal breakouts. If your teen is suffering from consistent breakouts, then at the time of their facial, you may wish to speak to our esthetician about the different skincare products we offer.
CHEMICAL PEELS
At Fountain of You, we use Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) Chemical Peels. Chemical peels remove the top layers of skin. The purpose of this is to remove damaged, dry skin and allow fresh, unblemished skin to emerge. One of the reasons we love TCA Chemical Peels is that our esthetician can adjust the concentration of chemicals used in order to administer a shallow, medium, or deep chemical peel depending on your skin’s needs.
These chemical peels only take 15-30 minutes and include prepping the skin, applying the solution, leaving the solution on the face for several minutes, neutralizing the solution, and cleansing the face. Then, an ointment will be applied to help speed the healing process. You will experience some peeling. However, the result will be impressive. TCA Chemical peels have been shown to be very effective. These chemical peels are useful in treating pigmentation, discoloration, dark spots, freckles, and acne scars, as well as other skin issues such as fine lines and sun damage.
